Travel Asia Online accepts the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, JCB, Diners Club and American Express. We only use secure payment forms so that you can be ensured that your information is secure. If however you would feel more comfortable to fax us your credit card details then you are more then welcome to. |

Please note that AMEX at times charges the card holder an additional fee for currency conversions. Travel Asia Online will not be responsible for any changes in rates or any other charges that may occur during the credit card billing process |

Upon receipt of your reservation, we will verify your credit card details before processing your reservation. We will only charge your credit card once we emailed the hotel voucher to you. |

Once room availability has been confirmed Travel Asia Online will charge your credit card for the amount indicated during your booking process. In case of special room requests such as extra beds or transfers our Reservation Staff will contact you back by email with an updated quote prior to charging your credit card. |

YOUR CREDIT CARD WILL ONLY BE CHARGED ONCE AVAILABILITY HAS BEEN CONFIRMED , that is once your BOOKING RECEIPT has been emailed to the email address provided during your booking process. |

Your credit card statement will show the debit entry as Travel Asia Online . |

The reservation is final once we have sent the voucher to you. The voucher will have the name of the guest as was defined in the reservation. Please note that you will need the voucher when checking in at the hotel. |

If you need to change or cancel your reservation then please email us at reservations@travel-asia-online.com right away. Please make sure to include your name, email address from which the reservation was made as well as your reservation ID. You may however be subject to our cancellation policies. No refunds will be made for no-shows or early check outs. |

Although we generally have good availability and all the hotels featured on our websites, there are at times that we are unable to confirm your reservation. Our reservation staff will offer you a suitable alternative. Please note that your card will not be charged unless you accept the alternative hotel. |

Cancellation of your reservation: |
|
| |
Please note that we will only charge a cancellation fee for confirmed reservations. If you choose to cancel a confirmed reservation then you are subject to a cancellation fee. The cancellation policy applies to all reservations unless the hotel or wholesaler have different policies. These policies will take precedence over the policy stated here. |

More then 14 days before arrival: There is a 10% administration fee of the total booking cost with a minimum of US$35 |

Within 14 prior to arrival: 10% Administration Fee + One night cancellation charge |

Travel Asia Online is committed to provide an efficient refund procedure. Refunds will be made in the form of a credit refund. I.e. we will credit the amount charged, minus cancellation fees (if applicable), back to your credit card. Once the refund instructions have been issued to our Merchant Bank, it can take anywhere from 15-45 working days for the proceeds to show in your account. |

Requests for refunds will have to be submitted at least 2 (TWO) weeks after the check out date. Refund requests received later than 14 (FOURTEEN) days cannot be honored. |

Travel Asia Online Reservation Guarantee: |
|
| |
All bookings secured through Travel Asia Online are backed by our Reservation Guarantee. If your confirmed reservation at the hotel (for which you have been issued a BOOKING RECEIPT) is not available or cannot be honored upon check-in, and no other room type that you had booked is available, immediately contact our Customer Service Agents at the contact details listed on your BOOKING RECEIPT. We will arrange a room at another convenient and comparable hotel and Travel Asia Online will pay for the full cost of the first night's stay, including any tax and service charges. Also, against a receipt, we will pay for all communication costs to our office. |

Please note that the Travel Asia Online Reservation Guarantee is only valid if you contact us upon check-in. Later claims, after the actual check-in, cannot be covered. Our offices are open 24x7 and we are happy to assist. |

Detailed contact details are provided by email once you initiated your booking process. For email contacts please follow all steps as outlined in your Booking Status Update mail. In all communications please clearly state your name and the Travel Asia Online BOOKING ID. In all email exchanges, please make sure that the BOOKING ID is included in the subject line of your message. |

Travel Asia Online will not be liable to pay any compensation if we (the company) or you (the customer) are forced to cancel or in any way change your booking as a result of situations outside our control which we, nor our suppliers, could foresee or avoid, even with all due care. For example war or threat of war, civil strife, industrial disputes, natural disaster or terrorist activity. |
